Arne Goes to Space

Brothers Arne (Lennart Jähkel) and Stefan (Rolf Lassgård) fill their days in the northern Swedish village of Brobyn with chopping wood and bickering with the local hunting club. When an alien crash-lands behind the woodshed, their lives are turned upside down — Stefan wants nothing to do with any freeloading space creature under his roof, while Arne welcomes the metre-tall figure with open arms and names him Roland. When Arne's health begins to fail, Stefan is forced to deal with both his new lodger and the dawning realisation that life may never be the same again.
